  • A man after police found him screaming obscenities in his underwear in the street last week. 

Police reported that the man, who was later identified as Marco Iannitelli, 28, of Belleville, was in the vicinity of Matthew Road and French Hill Road with his pants around his ankles screaming obscenities.

  • The school district’s for the 2012-2013 school year, were outlined at a special meeting at  Tuesday night. 

The school portion of the average homeowner's taxes could increase $355 if the Board of Education approves a $129.8 million tax levy.

  • We sat down with who attends Wayne Valley High School. She won her second consecutive state championship last weekend.
  • The Volunteer First Aid Squad announced it . The vehicle, which can hold 28 people, will be used during large-scale emergencies, including evacuations and flood events.
  • The council introduced an ordinance that reduces the amount of land residents need to keep chicken hens on their property. 

Victor Alfieri has so more people can take advantage of what he says are the “many wonderful things” hens have to offer. Alfieri has three hens living in a pen in his backyard.
