Wayne VOAD Launches Web Site, Joins Twitter
New site to be updated regularly with links to flooding resources and information on local relief efforts.
Wayne Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters (VOAD) launched a new Web site Tuesday, waynevoad.org.
The site currently contains posts about National Flood Safety Awareness Week, upcoming meeting dates and locations are also listed. Users can submit their contact information on a form that is sent to the organization.
Users can also view the group's newsletters, a list of upcoming VOAD events, and pictures from flooding in town caused by Hurricane Irene.
