Tickets Still Available for Flapjack Fundraiser

Tickets are still available for the flapjack fundraiser on Sunday to help the Schweighardt family.

The family’s home was severely damaged by a fire Christmas night. No one was hurt in the blaze.

The fundraiser will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. at Applebee’s on Route 46 West in Totowa.

The Wayne Valley field hockey team and the school’s National Honor Society chapter are running the event. Christie Schweighardt plays on the team.

The Wayne Hills field hockey team will attend the event to support Schweighardt.

Tickets cost $10. The meal includes pancakes, sausage, and a beverage.
