This Week On Patch: A Vice Principal Says Goodbye, Track Team Wins, And The Latest With Four New Principals

The Board of Education could discuss the latest with the hiring of four principals on Thursday. We'll also talk to one of the vice principals of Wayne Valley High School who is retiring at the end of the school year.

Here is a sample of what we’re working on this week:

  • The Board of Education could discuss the situation involving the hiring of four principals in the district at its meeting on Thursday.

District officials need to hire four principals this year due to some of them retiring, resigning, or their contracts not being renewed.

  • The Wayne Hills High School track and field team won its division last week.

This season has been one of many positives for the team. In addition to the division win, the team hosted its first night meet in several years and has been an overall resurgence in the program. We’ll talk to the coach and some players and let you know how they did it this season.
