The Week Ahead: Flood Awareness Takes Center Stage

Here is a sample of what we’re working on this week for Wayne Patch:

• It’s National Flood Safety Awareness Week. The National Weather Service uses the week to highlight some of the many ways floods can occur, the hazards associated with floods, and what you can do to save life and property.

Flooding and flood safety remains a constant topic of discussion for both state and local officials and residents. Some businesses in .
