Realtor signs are a common site in some flood areas. Still, other residents are trying to rebuild and repair their homes rather than sell them.

Some residents have hired traditional reality companies, others are trying to sell their property themselves.
Still others aren't selling. Instead they're choosing to in response to the historic flooding that occurred last year due to Tropical Storm Irene. Others have simply abandoned their properties.
