'Real Housewives:' A Break Before More Drama Brews

Manzo wants Giudice off the show.

Viewers will have to go an entire week without a dose of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," as Bravo has announced there will not be a new episode Sunday. But the previews for the June 3 episode indicate the absence will be made up for with lots of drama, a gay wedding and a heart-to-heart talk between one of the castmates and her nephew about growing up homosexual when the show returns.

Also in the June 3 episode, Joe Gorga, Teresa Giudice's brother, will reach out to his sister to see if they could go to therapy to resolve family issues that have been plaguing them for the past two seasons of the show. Teresa does not seem to agree that therapy is needed because "we're old school Italians," she said, but maybe she is confused about what her brother meant.

"He says maybe we should go see a physical therapist together," she said in the preview.

The Giudice-Gorga drama began in Season 3 when . Joe Gorga called his sister "trash" and an all-out fistfight soon ensued.

This season, while Gorga and Giudice have had many one-on-one talks in attempts to mend their relationship, including one where Gorga said he would support Giudice , when Gorga told his wife, Melissa, about a comment Giudice made indicating she would leave him for a man with more money, the drama took a new direction between Giudice and her sister-in-law, Melissa. Giudice felt that what she says to her brother should be between only them and not repeated.

The Gorgas are not the only ones that have drama between them and Giudice. Gather.com reported this week that castmate Caroline Manzo, of Franklin Lakes, is trying to bring the other castmates together in unity to force Giudice off the show.

"I hold Teresa responsible for a lot of relationships in my life that are hurting. Of course I fight with my brothers and sisters, I fight with my parents. The difference is, she puts the wood on my family's fire. I put the lid on hers," Manzo said in another preview for the episode.

But the Gorga-Giudice issues have affected all of their family members who are seen on the show (including her cousin, Kathy Wakile, a Wayne resident) and other castmates as well.
