Planning Board Meeting Canceled for Monday Night

Mayor's advisory council meets at the library.

It’s Monday and there’s plenty to take note of in town today. Here’s what you should know.

1.)  The originally scheduled planning board meeting for 7:45 p.m. at the municipal building has been canceled. The next scheduled meeting is set for Monday, May 9.

2.)  The 99 Parish Dr., will hold its weekly Alcoholics Anonymous meeting from 8 to 9 p.m. at the church. There is no obligation to pay a fee or speak. All are welcome.

3.)  The mayor’s senior advisory committee will hold its quarterly meeting at the , 461 Valley Rd., from 2 to 4 p.m. in meeting room comb A/B.

4.)  The Wayne Public Library is still trying to win all ‘Dummies’ books in print, and they need help from the town’s residents. By ‘liking’ the library’s Facebook, page you can do your part. For more information, .

5.)  The Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Red Cross will hold its weekly CPR Adult class from 6 to 10:30 p.m. Fee to join is $55.
