Linda Scannella: 'I would have slept through the whole thing.'

A homeowner was not injured in a fire that broke out in her trailer on 23rd Street Monday night thanks to a quick-thinking neighbor.

Linda Scannella said she was asleep when the fire broke out.

“I don’t know what happened,” Scannella said. “I would have slept through the whole thing but my neighbor knocked on my door when he saw smoke.”
