Memorial Facebook Page Created for Slain Graduate

Isaac Rinas, 18, was shot and killed hours after graduating from Wayne Valley High School on June 26.

Isaac Rinas’ friends have created a Facebook page to remember the murdered 18-year-old.

Rinas was killed when Quashon Faircloth, 27, of Paterson shot Rinas once in the neck. Rinas drove to Paterson hours after graduating from Wayne Valley High School June 26.

Rinas and his classmate Casey Cole, 18, drove to Paterson so Rinas could purchase a gun. They went to see Bishma Cowan, 24, who instructed them to wait on Fair Street, authorities said. After they parked, Faircroft entered the back of the vehicle and ordered Cole out of the car.

A few seconds later, Faircloth attempted to rob Rinas, authorities said. Rinas was shot while trying to exit the vehicle.

Authories said they were not sure why Rinas wanted to purchase a gun.

The Facebook page has been “liked” nearly 1,800 times. The header picture is simply a blue background with the Twitter hashtag “#JusticeForIsaac” in big white letters.

“RIP Isaac, praying for you every day — especially for your family. We will miss you,” William Pieper posted on the page.

“Sorry you had to go brother. Justice will be done,” Moe Badwan posted. “Don’t worry brother, you will forever be in our hearts.”
