'Housewife' Giudice Earns $6,500 For Apology Letters

In Touch magazine reportedly paid Teresa Giudice for the exclusive rights to run letters to cast mates.

The price of forgiveness can be fairly low, and maybe even rewarding, if you're a "Real Housewife of New Jersey."

In Touch magazine reportedly paid the "Housewives" and "The Celebrity Apprentice" star Teresa Giudice, $6,500 for the exclusive rights to run apology letters to her "Housewives" castmates, The Huffington Post reported on Monday.

Giudice wrote to Jacqueline Laurita, Caroline Manzo, Kathy Wakile and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. The women, with the exception of Laurita, were upset about what Guidice wrote about them in her cookbook, "Fabulicious." Wakile is Giudice's cousin. Gorga is her sister-in-law.

But will the public apology work?

Manzo told The Huffington Post she is not willing to accept the apology, but Gorga said she is trying to keep the family together.
