Local Businesses Collecting Toys for Sandy Victims

New, unwrapped toys can be dropped off at a few Wayne businesses.

Several Wayne businesses are working together to collect toys for children affected by Superstorm Sandy.

New, unwrapped toys for children younger than 13 can be dropped off at the following locations until Saturday, Dec. 15:

  • Wayne Pharmacy, 1055 Hamburg Turnpike
  • Corrado’s Marketplace, 201 Berdan Ave.
  • Penta School, 970 Black Oak Ridge Road

Firefighters from Fire Company 3 will transport the donated toys to a holiday party in Manahawkin Dec. 22 where they will be given to children.
