Boil Water Street List Updated
Residents on the following streets should boil their tap water before ingesting it or use bottled water.
The township has updated the list of streets whose residents should boil their water or use bottled water due to a water main break that .
The new streets are:
- On Valley Road and Valley Road Extension from Ratzer Road to Berdan Avenue, including: Apartments and condominiums on both sides of Valley Road, Urban Club Road area, Barbour Pond/Nevins Road, the Point View development, and Water View Estates.
- David Scott Drive
- Hinchman Avenue
- Pike Drive
- Apple Lane
- Stanford Place
- Hamburg Turnpike from Church Lane to Shearwater Lane
- Leonard Terrance
- Furno Place
- Stuart Lane
- Beverly Way
- Douglas Way
Residents who want to use tap water should boil it for at least one minute and let it cool before using it.

Work crews are continuing to work on the problem. Major traffic delays exist in the area of Hamburg Turnpike and Valley Road. Detours are in place. Residents should expect delays in the area.
The township anticipates the restriction to be lifted by Thursday.
