Irene: One Year Later, Charity Annoucement This Week

The storm has had a lasting effect on Wayne. We’ll tell you and show you some of the lasting ways the storm has changed the community.

  • The will meet for the final time before the school year begins. We’ll attend the meeting and let you know what happens. The meeting will be held on Thursday.
  • Testimony in the application before the Planning Board could be heard. CareOne, a residential senior care facility, is applying to expand its facility by building more bedrooms. A group of residents who live nearby .
  • Maria and , a mother and son from Wayne, will announce more about this year’s Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run. The annual event and help support local emergency service personnel.
