'Housewife' Wakile Talks About Culinary Traditions

Kathy Wakile, one of the stars of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” is featured in Dining Out magazine’s Spring 2012 edition.

Robyn Levy, publisher of Dining Out spent some time with the self-described “real” Wayne housewife and mother of two teenagers. Wakile talked to Levy about her family’s tradition of cooking and eating together.

“I like the whole experience of dining — opening up your home to someone is a big deal. People appreciate that,” Wakile told the magazine.

Wakile’s cousin is fellow “Housewife” Teresa Giudice. She wants people to know that she is a real whose first priority is her husband Joe and children Victoria and Joseph.

Wakile can be seen on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” Sundays at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
