Homebound Residents Can Receive Flu Vaccinations

Caregivers can also receive vaccinations.

Homebound residents can now receive seasonal flu shots.

Public health nurses will administer flu vaccines to homebound residents and their caregivers this fall. Vaccines cost $15 each.

The vaccine is free for residents with Medicare Part B, however Medicare cards must be present at the time of service.

Vaccines will be administered in September. Residents are encouraged to call immediately to schedule an appointment.
