Electronic Recycling and Collection will be Held this Weekend

Computer monitors, hard drives, televisions can be dropped off.

Residents can drop off old computers and other electronics at the computer and electronics recycling collection event next weekend at the Passaic County Para-Transit Facility.

Residents may discard monitors, hard drives, printers, keyboards, modems, copier and fax machines, television sets, radios, VCRs, stereo systems, CD players and old telephone systems.

As per state law, these items cannot be thrown away with regular garbage.

Residents may drop off their items between 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. rain or shine Friday, Sept. 16 and Saturday, Sept. 17. There is no fee to drop of items.

The Passaic County Para-Transit Facility is located at 1310 Route 23 North in Wayne. The facility is accessible via the service road next to , which is located next to .
