Easter Egg Hunt is Saturday, March 24

Participants can take pictures with the Easter Bunny.

The township's annual Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, March 24 at Wayne Valley High School.

The event, which will be held at the junior varsity athletic field and football field, will begin promptely at 10:30 a.m. and end at approximately 11 a.m..

Only children will be allowed to participate; no child older than 8 will be allowed to participate.

Children should be at the site no later than 10:15 a.m.; participants should bring a basket or other container to store eggs. 

A representative from the Junior Woman's Club will take kids' pictures with the Easter Bunny for $2.

There will be separate areas for each age group: toddlers through 2-year-olds, 3- and 4-year-olds, and 5- to 7-year-olds. 

Parents must limit their child to a maximum of 10 eggs in order to allow every child an opportunity to get an egg.

The rain date for the event is Saturday, March 31.
