County 9/11 Memorial Service Cancelled Due to Flooding
Event was to be held at the Passaic County Public Safety Academy.
The Passaic County 9/11 Memorial Ceremony has been cancelled due to impending flooding, the county's Office of Emergency Management said in an e-mail sent out this morning.
The OEM did not announce when the ceremony will be held.
