Colonial-Era Fun Held at Dey Mansion This Weekend

Dancing, music, militia drills will be held at the Dey Mansion in honor of President George Washington's birthday.

There will be a special day of fun things to do and see a the Dey Mansion on Sunday in celebration of President George Washington's birthday.

George Washington used the mansion as his headquarters during parts of the American Revolutionary War.

There will be militia drills, a demonstration of 18th-century dancing, hearth cooking, music, crafters, and demonstrations.

The annual event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
