Board of Education Will Reorganize Thursday

Pavlak, Kington, and Stiziano will be sworn in.

The Wayne Board of Education will hold its annual reorganization meeting Thursday, May 5 at 6:30 p.m. in the council chamber at the municipal complex.

Donald Pavlak, Robyn Kingston, and Laura Stiziano will be sworn into three-year terms on the board. It will be Pavlak's third term, and Kingston's and Stiziano's first, on the board.

The three beat out incumbents Darren Del Sardo and Joan Walsh and challenger Greg Janz. Residents voted down the district's $126.6 million tax levy.

The board is scheduled to go into executive session at 7 p.m. and reconvene in the council chamber at 7:30 p.m. for a public work session.
