Next Council meeting is Wednesday.

Here are some things we'll be covering this week on Wayne Patch.

  • The board of education's regularly scheduled public work session March 3 will now take place in the council chamber in the municipal building. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. The meeting agenda will be posted here 24 hours before the meeting.
  • The board of education will hold a special meeting to discuss the district's 2011-2012 budget Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the board's office at 50 Nellis Drive.
  • The Planning Board's next meeting is Monday evening. One of T-Mobile's five cell tower antenna applications is on the agenda. However, the application will be carried to a future meeting because on the sites are being prepared for the township to review. We're going to attend the meeting and let you know what happens.
  • The township's next council meeting is March 2 at 8 p.m. James Porter and William Fairweather will be honored for their 40 years of service to Fire Co. No. 5. For a meeting agenda, click here.
