Are You Worried About Flooding?

Commission has plans to alleviate problem in Passaic County.

Although it is still February and spring is a few weeks away, flooding is already a possibility for some people in the township. A flood watch is in effect until late Monday. 

The Pompton River is expected to crest, or reach its highest point, at 12.4 feet Tuesday at noon. For the latest flooding information visit the National Weather Service's River Forecast Center.

Between the snow melting, the ground being saturated with the snow that has already melted and the precipitation we are expected to receive today, we were wondering: Are you at all concerned about parts of the township being flooded so early in the year?
