Community Update

A few years ago, alterations were our problem at Coco's.. my daughter was blamed by the owner for gaining weight (not the case) which is why the dress was too tight. NO, the dress was too tight because the seamstress had no idea how to alter beads/sequins. The dress was not altered properly at all. We were promised the dress to be finally finished, two day before prom. Guess what? The dress was STILL not altered right. Needless to say my daughter left in tears and sobbed in the parking lot. We had to scramble to find another dress immediately. I did get a refund after threatening the so called manager. Not the owner. Dealing with her is liking dealing with a child. The owner denies all these stories. She or her "help" write fabricated scenarios online to make herself and her minions appear right. I will never ever recommend this dump.
