New Italian Restaurant Opening Thursday

Brio Tuscan Grille is scheduled to open in the Willowbrook Mall on Thursday.

The restaurant will serve Northern Italian cuisine and feature terrace seating similar to The Cheesecake Factory.

The establishment will feature made-to-order pastas, salads, and flatbreads, in addition to full, lunch, brunch, and dinner menus.

A brunch menu is offered from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday in addition to the regular menu.

A Taster menu will feature a selection of appetizers, flatbreads, and small meals at a cheaper price than traditional dinner servings.

Brio will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
