Microbrew Mondays: New York Brews

This week’s “Microbrew Monday” selections are from New York State breweries. Check into any one of our three locations this Monday March 21st from 5 – 7 PM to sample a taste of these four craft beers:

Ithaca Apricot Wheat: The combination of wheat and barley gives this beer a different malt character than most other ales. The hint of apricot gives it a pleasant nose and fruity finish.

Coney Island Albino Python: Hops and Spices (ginger, crushed fennel, sweet orange peel) entwined with a sumptuous and elegant malt body.

Blue Point Rastafa Rye: A hearty rye malt, blended with fresh hops resulting in a delicious, deep copper ale with just the right amount of rye flavor to offset the spicy, floral characteristics of the hops.

Brooklyn Pennant Ale ‘55: A honey-colored traditional English style pale ale with a brisk malt palate and finely balanced hop character. It only seems fitting that we sample this as baseball season begins, as this brew was named after the 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers!
