Field Hockey Teams Play in Charity Breast Cancer Awareness Game

Annual game between Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley raises $700.

The Wayne Valley and Wayne Hills field hockey teams faced off in the annual Stick it to Cancer game Tuesday.
The charity game is a tradition between the teams. The game was held at Wayne Valley. The teams raised approximately $700. The money will be donated to St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital and is earmarked for breast cancer research. 
Parents sold baked goods, T-shirts, and items to with the Stick it to Cancer logo on it.
The field hockey and football teams will continue to sell T-shirts this month. October is national Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
