Wayne Temple Plans Fashion Show Fundraiser

Reservations are now open for the 'Springtime in Paris' event.

The following was submitted to Patch by Temple Beth Tikvah in Wayne.

Temple Beth Tikvah of Wayne’s “Springtime in Paris” Dinner, Fashion Show & Tricky Tray will take place on Tuesday, May 6. Doors open at 6 p.m. in the brand new and elegantly appointed Grand Ballroom of The Tides Estate in North Haledon.

The event will feature a delicious three-course dinner, cash bar, runway fashion show provided by Kurth Cottage of Ridgewood, over 100 Tricky Prizes and a tempting array of Grand Prizes just waiting to go home with the lucky winners.

By now the Women of Temple Beth Tikvah are Fashion Show and Tricky Tray professionals. This will be  their third such event in six years. Meetings and elaborate preparations under the capable leadership of Chairperson Marianne Stricker began over a year ago, including selection of the beautiful venue, the
wonderful menu, creation of table centerpieces reflecting the evening’s theme of “Springtime in Paris,” and obtaining the many Tricky Tray and Grand Prizes.

The countdown is now underway as the women continue to fine tune every detail of what promises to be a fun-filled evening. The Women of Temple Beth Tikvah believe in sharing and will donate a portion of the proceeds to the
Wayne Interfaith Network (WIN) and the Valley Hospital Auxiliary.

Reservations are currently being accepted at $50 per person. To reserve your seat, contact Felice Tobias at felicedt@optonline.net or (973) 696-7302.
