RHONJ Star Joe Giudice will Face Charges in Driver's License Case

The reality TV star from North Jersey just got a pretrial date for the charges that comes after his mortgage fraud sentencing, report says.

After his sentencing in July, reality TV star Joe Giudice will be back in court to face charges that he presented false identification in an attempt to get a driver’s license when his was suspended, NorthJersey.com reported.

According to the report, Giudice is set to appear in Superior Court in Paterson on July 14 for a pretrial hearing on the charges. 

That date comes after the scheduled sentencing the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is set to receive for pleading guilty to conspiracy and mortgage fraud charges, the report said. Giudice and his wife Teresa are slated to be sentenced in early July.

In the new case, Giudice is accused of trying to get a license while his was suspended because of a drunk driving incident, the report said. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison on those charges alone, it said.
