Teresa Giudice 'Isn't Capable' of Fraud, Posche Owner Says

'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' star and her husband were named in a 39-count indictment filed on Monday. Couple is charged with fraud.

Teresa Giudice’s friend and frequent trouble-maker on the Bravo television show "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" Kim DePaola told Us Weekly that she thinks Giudice is not capable of committing the crimes the reality show character and her husband Joe have been charged with.

"Knowing Teresa as well as I know her, and I think I know her, I don't think she would ever willingly do any of this," DePaola told the magazine. “She has four kids. I don’t think she’s capable of it. I think there’s been a witch-hunt going on for a long time for her.”

Giudice and her husband were indicted on fraud and tax charges on Monday and appeared in federal court in Newark on Tuesday. The 39-count indictment charges the couple with conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and making false statements on loan applications.
