'Mountains, Barriers and Poppy Fields' Exhibit Featured at William Paterson

"Deforestation" exhibit examines the relationship between humans and nature.

Several collections of artwork are on display in William Paterson University's Ben Shahn Hall.

The collection of artwork titled "Mountains, Barriers, and Poppy Fields" from Bascha Mon contains a personal view of a landscape of grandeur and despair, stemming after the tradgedy of 9/11.

The "Deforestation" exhibit by Betty McGeehan includes bent wood, bamboo, rope, and gold leaf as a metaphor for the balance and struggle between humans and nature.
