Tavim concert


Tavim, the Jewish a cappella group based at Teaneck's Congregation Beth Sholom, will perform at Congregation Beth Shalom in Pompton Lakes on April 3. Tavim, Hebrew for musical notes, has an eclectic repertoire featuring traditional, modern, pop and gospel numbers sung in Hebrew, English, Yiddish and Ladino, most arranged by musical director Uri Sobel with members of the group. There will be a pasta dinner, and kosher for Passover wines for sale.
