Chilton Hospital Offers Free Health Services at Wayne Health Fair October 15

Chilton Hospital’s Community Outreach Department will offer free health services at the Wayne Health Fair:

• • Osteoporosis Screenings
• • Pulmonary Function Testing
• • Blood Pressure

In addition, representatives from the following Chilton Hospital departments will be available to answer questions about their services:

• • The Total Joint Center
• • Community Outreach’s New Vitality and Parent Education divisions
• • Chilton Hospital Auxiliary
• • CPR
• • Pharmacy
• • Stroke Program
