Traffic Slow, But Moving, Despite Snow

Winter storm warning remains in effect until 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Snow has covered roadways in Wayne but that hasn't stopped people from getting where they need to go.
Vehicles were going very slow on Valley Road Tuesday night. It looked as the roadway had been plowed at least once since the snow began falling. 
Governor Christie declared a state of emergency at noon Tuesday.
A winter storm warning is in effect until 6 a.m. Wednesday.
The National Weather Service forecasts that eight to 14 inches of snow are expected to fall.
