Updates on snow services, including garbage route reschedules.
As Wayne attempts to clean up a storm that dropped over a foot of snow on the township Thursday, schools and certain services have been canceled once again on Friday.
Wayne schools announced they would be closed on Friday.
The township also announced the following cancellations:
- Garbage & Recycling Collection for Friday is Cancelled.
- Collection for Friday's Cancellation will be on their next regular collection date: For Garbage – Tuesday, February 18, 2014; For Recycling (Routes 5 & 14) – Friday, February 28, 2014.
- Collection for Thursday's Cancellation will be on their next regular collection date: For Garbage - Monday, February 17, 2014; For Recycling (Routes 4 & 13) - Thursday, February 27, 2014.
- The Recycling Center will be closed on Friday.
