Wayne Rotary Hosting Early 'Cinco de Mayo' Fundraiser

Event is happening at the Brownstone next Monday.

Wayne Rotary has contributed fifty thousand dollars to local charities over the last nine years, as a result of its annual charitable dinner. This year’s tenth-anniversary event, will have a Mexican motif and will be held Monday, April 28, at the Brownstone, starting at 6 pm.

The idea is for Rotary to hold an event a week before the traditional Cinco de Mayo celebrations, to give revelers the opportunity to get a jump on this traditional celebration day.

Dance music will be heard most of the night, with a catchy modern Mexican beat.
