MIA Governor Loses Another Suit

In what appears to be a long train of adverse court rulings against the sitting governor who has been spending alot of time being MIA on the road visiting states to raise money for the republican party, meanwhile back at home the economy is tanking in every reported sector, this time a state judge has ordered the governor until 4 pm today to complay with its order to release the states $295,000 contract to come up with a plan to articulate to municiplaities on how much  affordable housing they are required to make available to low income people.
The case brought by the Fair Share Housing Center successfully argued before Judge Mary Jacobson of Mercer County that the stae and the adminsitration may be violating retention of records laws, and failing to meet legal standards for transparency.
