Back to School Nights will be Held Today

We’ll tell you about the new Knippenberg Center for Education at Laurelwood Arboretum.

Ground was broken on the single-story building this weekend. The facility will provide space for educational programs and activities at Laurelwood.

Several Back to School nights will be held:

Packanack Elementary School, grades kindergarten through second, 6:45 to 8 p.m. and grades third through fifth 7:45 to 9 p.m.

Anthony Wayne Middle School, 7 p.m.

The Wayne Health Department will offer blood pressure screenings at town hall from 3 to 4 p.m., pre-registration is not required for this free service. For more information call 973-694-1800, ext. 3374 or 3373.
