Womansafe is a personal safety and awareness seminar sponsored by Tiger Schulmann's MMA and presented by Christine Adler, certified black belt martial arts instructor and co-creator of the self-defense workshop. Women may find themselves doing things that put themselves at risk for assault without even realizing it.  Learn to make simple adjustments to your habits and schedules to help keep yourself better prepared.  The second part of the seminar is an actual hands-on self-defense lesson, so come prepared to work out! Space is limited and reservations are required.
