Tiger Schulmann's holds a two part informative lecture and hands on self-defense class. Open to all women and teenage girls, (please be aware some material discussed may be of a sensitive nature). Wear comfortable clothes as the second part of class will be a martial arts instructional session. Space is limited and reservations are required.
