Enjoy New Year's Eve by getting your weekend run outta the way the day before...

Your not going to want to miss the Passaic County Runners’ Club 4th Annual Winter Series. This year’s Winter Series starts on December 30th followed by three (3) additional 5K races in Jan/Feb. Dates are 1/13, 1/27, & 2/10. 11am start across the board. The 2013 Series will take on a NEW FORMAT this year. We will have four (4) CHIP TIMED 5K FUN RUNS. There will be NO AWARDS or commemorative. Bread (bagels) and (bottled) water will be available after each race. Entry is strictly by donation Races run in 99% of all weather conditions. Road conditions & results will be posted on pcrcnj.org. Course is completely closed to traffic. Pre/Post race activities will be held in the rear of PCTI (heated entranceway) located at 40 Reinhardt Rd Wayne NJ.

Passaic County Technical Institute serves some 3,200 students in grades nine through 12. More than 350 faculty members teach a curriculum of 200 courses on the school's 55-acre campus. PCTI began in 1917 as a vocational school started by silk merchant businessmen in Paterson to train workers for their silk mills. It expanded to become a fully-fledged high school, and in 1970 it moved to its current campus in Wayne. Passaic County Technical Institute now offers evening classes to adults and features a weekend program for 7th and 8th graders.
