​Find out that you are not alone in the obsessive and painful, repetitive cycles of emotional eating and that you CAN break this cycle! Lose weight by working it from the emotional roots of the problem. Learn how to feel good on the inside so you can look good on the outside. I offer individual as well as group/workshop guidance and support in which I use my lifelong history of obesity as well as the tools that have brought me great success and inner peace. By getting to the root causes of emotional eating I have healed the need to turn to food for comfort in an excessive way which has led to substantial weight loss. If you suffer from such habits it would be my honor and privilege to help and guide you to inner peace, health which will lead you to an outer appearance that reflects who you truly are on the inside! You are not alone and you do not have to conquer this by yourself! The first step is shedding shame and the best way to do that is to reach out and connect!
