"Hockey Fights Hunger" is a loose change collection to benefit the Communtiy Food Bank of New Jersey. This year all money collected will be be earmarked for those areas in New Jersey still recovering from Hurricane Sandy.
Hockey players of all ages will be collecting change and small bills at the Ice Vault, and from family and friends during the first weekend of High School ice hockey at the Ice Vault.
In the past 2 years, Hockey Fights Hunger has collected over $13,000.00 dollars to benefit the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
Come out and join us for some great hockey, and donate to a great cause.
We can do something about hunger. We are hockey families. We can fight anything.

The Ice Vault, owned by Capital One Bank, is a wonderful place to enjoy professionally maintained, full sized ice rinks. The arena hosts many different types of skating events, including public skating, competitions, and adult skating. The ice is available also for rental for all local teams to practice and even for local leagues to have games and other competitions. The ice is not limited, however, to just hockey. The rinks are available for leisurely and training skating purposes, as well as birthday parties and other private events.
