I live in Georgia and would like an update on the condition of Officer Bob Franco. I am a personal friend of the family although I've never met Bob. I have know his wife, Linda, since before she was born and his In-Laws, The Durham's for almost 50 years. My email address is, dcmaguire13@yahoo.com. I'm assuming that The durham's are in North Jersey helping Linda and the kids and Will is not often on facebook to answer messages. I specificallywanted to try to reach out today through some means to get an update. Thank you in advance. Kristine Maguire

Where can I drop off in-kind donations in Parsipanny NJ? I've just cleaned out my basement and have got some rakes, shovels, etc. that might come in handy.

We have donated to Mercury One (http://www.mercuryone.org/). They were one of the first ones on the scene, and their help is directed at a very local level, working with local churches to provide immediate aid to the victims.

Mods: Can you please do something about the comment spam?

On-topic: I am interested in volunteering to cook/serve if any organizations are going to do a Thanksgiving dinner for either displaced families or recovery volunteers. Anyone know of an organization that is doing this?

Speaking of donations-- while I spent time helping the Red Cross at the HHS, I was given the task to get over the counter medication along with a commode so a resident at the shelter could easily go to the bathroom. Rite aid in Hopatcong said "No". Medicine Shoppe in Hopatcong said "yes" and donated. FYI. Keep that in mind next time you need your prescriptions filled.

Donating for a good cause is good for both the one who is giving and for those also who are in need and everyone should donate.

There are many deep breathing exercises you can learn to strengthen the intercostal muscles, abdominal wall http://coachfactoryoutletonsell.com muscles and lower back muscles which will all enable you to keep your diaphragm in a flexed position. A flexed diaphragm gives the singer the control of a resistant, steady breath necessary for effortless singing techniques. The air maintained in the lungs is the force and power underneath the breath released for sound.
