Thomas F. Slockbower Jr., of Warwick, formerly of Vernon, died Jan. 8. He was 14. 

He was born in Wayne.

He attended the Center for Discover in Harris. He was a member of St. Francis de Sales Church, Vernon.

He is survived by his parents, Thomas and Jennifer Slockbower, sisters Victoria and Emily, grandmother Barbara, grandparents Thomas and Dorothy and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
