If more than 50 percent of participants at a specific event that group would not have to pay a fee to use the facility
I think something is missing? I assume it should read 50% are Wayne residents?

I am surprised there is no story this week on the mayor's proposed change not to run for relection with Lonnie Ryan? I would be curious to read comments if there was.
