Update: Diners, Outback, Shop & Shop are Open

Packanack Shopping Center on Route 23 North is open too.

 

The Park Wayne Diner, the Wayne Hills Diner, and Outback Steakhouse are open. 

The Packanack Shopping Center, including Foodtown, on Route 23 North near Packanack Lake Road, is open.

With the exception of a few stores, Willowbrook Mall has power and is open.

Businesses in the Preakness Shopping Center, including Stop & Shop and Starbucks, are open. 

Town Hall is open and has Wi-Fi access. 

The TapHouseGrille restaurant is open.

The U.S. gas station on Route 23 North is open. More than a dozen vehicles were lined up to get gas there Tuesday afternoon. The Exxon station about a mile up Route 23 is open as well. Many gas stations on Route 23, Valley Road, Ratzer Road, and Alps Road are closed.

The Monarch Diner on Route 23 South in Pequannock remains open 24 hours a day.

Greenberry’s and Sunrise Bagels on Berdan Avenue will be open on Wednesday. Greenberry’s, which has Wi-Fi service, was open Tuesday and will open at 7 a.m.. Wednesday. Corrado’s Market and Positano restaurant are also open. A sign posted on Red Mango’s door said it would open Wednesday, weather permitting.

Power is out on Route 23 in both directions from Packanack Lake Road up almost until the Route 287 entrances. Many businesses on Route 23 are closed.
