Pumpkin Painting, 'Sleepy' Story Time for Kids Held This Month

Van Riper-Hopper House hosting kid-friendly Halloween themed events.

 

The following Halloween-themed events for children are taking place at the Van Riper-Hopper House Museum this month.

Paint-a-Pumpkin, Oct. 20 and 21, noon to 4 p.m. The cost to attend is $7, which includes painting supplies.

The tale of “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” will be told on Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. There is a local connection to the story that will be talked about too. The event is free to attend.
