We still haven't moved the NJ foreclosure backlog into the Courts. Property taxes continue to cause market sluggishness. realtors flee the field as they can't make money. The remaining few are now dropping commission rates into the 3 to 4 percent rate to attract listings. It is a mess. The bold inaction of the current administration allows the problem to fester.
