Master Chef Jacques Pepin to Speak at William Paterson Friday

Legendary French chef worked with Julia Child. Will demonstrate cooking techniques and talk about new recipes.

Jacques Pepin, a master chef who's written more than 25 cookbooks, will discuss his career, demonstrate cooking techniques, and give the audience some his new recipes at William Paterson University on Friday. Pepin will appear as part of the university's Distinguished Lecturer Series. The talk will begin at 7:30 p.m. Pepin shared the spotlight with Julia Child on the Emmy-award winning show "Julia and Jacques Cooking at Home."  Tickets cost $25, $20 for senior citizens, William Paterson alumni, faculty, and staff.
